Once you sign up, your first invoice is hand delivered by your installation technician. After that, Webpass e-mails your invoice each month (or year) on the anniversary of your installation. If your service was installed on the 12th, your invoice will arrive each month on the 12th. If you signed up for the year, your next invoice will be e-mailed on the 12th of the next year. Your broadband connection remains active until you cancel service.
Why is the year cheaper? There are two reasons why you save money by paying for a year. First, it is a lot easier for us to track one invoice and one payment per year rather than twelve. Second, you are taking the risk that you will use the service for the entire year. Webpass does not offer prorated refunds if you've prepaid for the year. Please ensure you are going to live in the same place for the whole year before you sign up for a year of service.
How Can I Pay My Bill?
We are in the process of developing a self-service customer portal where you will have full access to manage your account and pay your bill online. This much anticipated feature will be available in early 2010. In the meantime, there are 3 convenient methods to pay your bill:
- Mailing a check to our office.
